Step 1: Reach Out

Reach out to us via the website or give us a call to discuss what you are looking for in a commercial cleaner. We can lock in a time to meet and discuss the specifics as well as a site visit to assess the job accurately.

Step 2: Site Inspection and proposal 

Every facility has different cleaning needs because of size, features and frequency. We start with an in-depth examination of your site and develop a thorough understanding of the required services before we generate a detailed scope of work, we are the quoting experts.

Step 3: Scheduling and site setup

Once our proposed schedule and estimates are approved, our team will get busy installing equipment onsite, organising staff thorough training/inductions onsite with the manager/supervisor and preparing for the initial clean.

Step 4: Getting the work done – ongoing

Our schedules are meticulously followed and our crew use electronic checklists with live update capabilities for accuracy and extra flexibility when needed. We encourage our clients to use our feedback portal should they ever have anything to report on the quality of our work or to discuss the scope of work. We prioritise open and honest communication.

Step 5: Support for the site – ongoing

We prioritise our client service and support every step of the way, but we’re especially vigilant in making sure we maintain our high level of quality. To encourage our clients to communicate with us, we provide QR codes for our online feedback portal, in addition to progress tracking via quality reports submitted from the staff phones. To ensure our staff spend an adequate time on site, our GPS software tracks arrival/departure times, this not only helps to ensure quality control on the scope of work, but also enhances security of the staff and business premises. Finally, our team supervisor regularly visits the site to complete a digital checklist and audit of quality, the progress feedback is then delivered to the team and stored for future reference and monitoring.
