No, you are not required to sign anything. We work off of a written proposal detailing your chosen cleaning services and their cost. This way, you can alter your cleaning service needs at any time with just a phone call.

Yes, we have public liability insurance to cover our staff.

Our insurance is with Rensure Insurance & Risk.

Our crew uses electronic checklists with live update capabilities for accuracy and additional flexibility when required.

Yes, we do background checks on all employees to ensure your security and safety.

We provide all the cleaning supplies, unless you have any specific requests.

Yes! We are so confident in our teams thorough cleaning and high standards that we happily guarantee our work.

We accept cancellations or rescheduled appointments up to a week in advance. Please understand that we book our appointments very early, so scheduling an appointment on short notice is often not an option.

Our customers are not obliged to stay while we do our job. Our team are flexible to clean when it best suits you and your business, be it during or after business hours.

We can accomodate for some urgent bookings within a 24-48 hour period, however this may be subject to availability.

We use a wide variety of gentle and safe cleaning products. A product data sheet can be made available on request. Our cleaning equipment is high quality and well maintained.

We encourage our clients to provide feedback via our online portal. We prioritise open and honest communication and welcome all feedback, to not only keep our clients happy, but to improve our service.

We will call to discuss your requirements when approaching holiday periods or public holidays.
