Our Initial Brief
The Verve Residences approached us in search of a more comprehensive, structured cleaning program for their strata plan. Their diverse facilities, which include a café, commercial suites, a multi-level car park, and over one hundred residential units with shared gardens, require tailored solutions to address the unique needs of each area. Unfortunately, their previous provider lacked the sophisticated scheduling and auditing systems necessary to maintain consistent quality, leading to ongoing resident complaints and increased workload for the building manager.
How we helped
After reviewing The Verve Residences’ requirements, we restructured the cleaning schedule so that vital tasks were consistently allocated throughout the week.
In addition, we introduced quarterly carpark cleaning using our commercial ride-on equipment.
Lastly, to tackle the building’s window cleaning, particularly in the breezeway connecting the main foyers, we implemented a deionised water system.
